Stages de peinture

As a photorealist painter, I offer oil painting workshops in a studio on the banks of the Loire, near Angers.
These 4-day workshops will allow you to experience or deepen the practice of
oil painting. You will receive advice, tips and theoretical bases necessary for your
progress, in order to discover all the possibilities offered by this fantastic medium.

If each participant wants a different theme, that's no problem, that's the whole point of being in a small group!

Organization

a friendly atmosphere, encouraging creativity and the pleasure of painting.
In accordance with my graphic style, my teaching will be figurative in nature.

Hours : We paint in the morning from 10am to 12:30pm and in the afternoon from 2pm to 5pm, 6pm or 7pm depending on your mood and energy! You can of course take a break whenever you want, each one going at his own pace!

Themes

Le thème des stages sera choisi au préalable en échangeant avec chaque participant, so that it adapts to your desires and abilities.

I will propose different themes for these workshops, divided into four levels of difficulty:
- Beginner themes Feathers-hair / Human or animal eye / Draped
- Intermediate themes : body / face / blur-net contrast / landscape
- Advanced themes Reproduction of a complete composition, mixing most of the
elements of the previous themes.
- Free theme : You will be able to come with your own visual of reference (Painting,
photography) to inspire you or try to reproduce it.

Material

The material necessary for your training will be lent to you during the course:

  • A workshop easel
  • Une toile : format 5F ou 8F
  • Pencils and eraser for sketches

If you have your own equipment, you can of course use it!
